A Land Capability Assessment (LCA) is carried out on rural sites to determine what type and size of wastewater disposal system is required to safely and legally dispose of the water. This testing includes desktop, field and laboratory investigation to complete the report.
Percolation testing is sometimes used to assist in determining the ability of the soils to “absorb” this treated wastewater and is required by some councils as an adjunct to the LCA process.

Geotechnical Reports
A geologist will visit your site and drill a number of test bores in the places of the proposed new building foundations. A detailed report will then be made and issued to you. All site reports meet the Australian standard 2870 for footings and slabs.
